​Paşabahçe attaches great importance to contributing to society and to corporate social responsibility projects. The company focuses on environment, education, and health.

Environment

Denizli Cam Sanayii ve Ticaret AŞ has created a small forest in Cankurtaran as a result of sapling planting efforts in a 0.7-acre land. In addition, 6,000 trees and saplings were planted around the plant, which is already surrounded by green areas.

In order to increase environmental awareness, Paşabahçe collaborates with the Foundation for the Protection and Promotion of Environment and Cultural Heritage (ÇEKÜL). As part of the 7 Tree Forests project, a certain percentage of the proceeds from sales are given to ÇEKÜL.

Education

Apprenticeship training system has been implemented at Denizli Cam Sanayii ve Ticaret AŞ since 1990 within the framework of the Vocational Education Law No. 3308. Students registered with the Vocational Education Center and hired as apprentices complete their studies in three years, taking theoretical and applied courses, and are hired as qualified workmen after they receive their qualification certificates.

Apprenticed students are trained by master teachers at work places within the master-apprentice tradition with the aim of learning hand-made glass production. In 2014, 27 apprentices graduated from the apprenticeship program and joined the blue-collar workforce.

Health

On the marketing and sales side, Paşabahçe collaborates with the Turkish Breast Foundation (MEVA) and the Breast Cancer Foundation in order to contribute to increasing awareness regarding breast health and accessibility of means of early diagnosis, and to emphasize the importance of water for a healthy life. Special Vita bottles with pink lids have been produced for this purpose, and a certain percent of the proceeds are given to the foundations mentioned above.
